Overview

In this HR Business Partner role, you will shape the people strategy for a major transformation as VodafoneThree merges two organisations to form the UK’s largest mobile network provider. You’ll work closely with senior leaders to drive culture, organisational design, and change initiatives that enable business success. You will influence decisions with data-driven insights, manage employee relations, and help build an inclusive, high-performing workplace. Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and deliver people plans aligned with HR and business priorities
  • Support the development and execution of the functional HR strategy to drive organisational success
  • Guide leaders through organisational design, business transformation, integrations, and structural changes
  • Lead employment cost forecasting and budgeting across supported areas
  • Manage employee relations and TUPE activity ensuring legal compliance and continuity
  • Align HR priorities and initiatives across teams to drive consistency and impact
  • Act as trusted advisor to leaders using data and HR expertise for decision-making
  • Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging to create an inclusive workplace
  • Support implementation of HR policies and processes across the employee lifecycle
  • Partner with Centres of Expertise to embed consistent people practices and programmes
  • Support workforce planning, succession planning, and talent initiatives for future capability
  • Contribute to cultural transformation and employee engagement initiatives

Key requirements

  • Experience in generalist HR or HR Business Partnering
  • Broad understanding of HR disciplines across the employee lifecycle
  • Knowledge of employment legislation, regulations, and best practice HR processes
  • Ability to build credible relationships with leaders at different levels
  • Skilled at influencing and aligning stakeholders across multiple teams
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Experience supporting organisational change, transformation, or restructuring programmes
  • Ability to interpret people data and insights to identify trends for decision-making
  • Strong communication skills with diverse audiences
