Overview

In this role you will lead the hotel’s marketing strategy to boost brand awareness, guest engagement, and revenue across all business segments. You’ll shape integrated campaigns, oversee digital performance, and align with operations to promote rooms, dining, events, and weddings. Working within Marriott International, you will drive measurable commercial results and elevate the hotel’s luxury brand in a competitive London market. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the annual marketing and communications strategy aligned with commercial goals
  • Lead integrated campaigns across digital, social, email, PR, and on-property channels
  • Enhance brand awareness and engagement for rooms, dining, events, and seasonal activations
  • Manage social media content to ensure engagement, brand consistency, and Marriott standards
  • Collaborate with Revenue, Sales, F&B, and Events teams to support demand generation and revenue growth
  • Analyze campaign performance and market trends to optimize results
  • Oversee relationships with creative agencies, media partners, influencers, photographers, and other external stakeholders
  • Maintain website content and marketing collateral accuracy and brand alignment
  • Support PR activities, media visits, and reputation management
  • Manage the departmental marketing budget and measure ROI across activities

Key requirements

  • 3+ years in a Marketing Manager or similar role in hospitality/luxury sectors
  • Strong digital marketing and social media management experience
  • Experience delivering integrated campaigns with measurable commercial outcomes
  • Excellent copywriting, communication, and stakeholder management
  • Experience with CMS, email marketing platforms, social advertising, and analytics tools
  • Solid understanding of brand management, customer engagement, and market positioning
  • Exceptional organizational skills with multi-project management
  • Creative mindset with strong commercial awareness and analytical ability
