Senior Product Engineer – PHP

Overview

As a Senior Product Engineer at Lendable, you drive architectural decisions and deliver APIs that enhance the customer journey within a fast-growing fintech. Responsibilities

• Build and integrate new APIs to elevate the customer journey
• Optimize and contribute to lending platforms with modern tech
• Engage in architectural discussions shaping product direction
• Develop and maintain high-quality code with automated tests
• Collaborate in a cross-functional environment to solve problems and drive impact

Key requirements

• PHP 8.0+ experience
• Solid grasp of Symfony or Laravel
• Experience with Domain Driven Design, CQRS, Message-Driven Systems, and Event Sourcing
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and financial systems is a bonus
• Excellent automated testing skills (unit, integration, functional)
• High ownership and autonomy
• Experience in a cross-functional environment is a plus
