Responsibilities
- Handle commercial property acquisitions and disposals
- Manage landlord and tenant matters
- Support development and regeneration projects
- Oversee property finance transactions
- Engage in strategic land work and portfolio management
- Provide general commercial real estate advice
Key requirements
- 2+ years PQE in Commercial Property/Commercial Real Estate
- Ability to independently manage a broad range of property matters
