Cyber Security Lead

Overview

In this role you will shape the security capability of a fast-growing organisation. You will own strategic security initiatives, from design to delivery, working across security operations, architecture and automation. You’ll drive Microsoft Sentinel migration, incident response evolution, and AI/Copilot governance, delivering tangible security improvements with cross-functional stakeholders. This is a hands-on, ownership-driven opportunity to influence security strategy and leave a lasting impact. You’ll join a security function with strong executive backing and a culture of experimentation and impact.

Responsibilities

• Security operations and incident response leadership

Key requirements

• Experience in a Microsoft security environment
• Proven involvement across Security Operations, Incident Response and Security Architecture
• Hands-on engineering experience with security automation
• Familiarity with Microsoft Security Stack & Sentinel
• Understanding of security controls and frameworks
• Ability to influence strategy and engage with executives
• Ownership mindset with lab-building and hands-on experimentation
