Overview

In this role you will lead multidisciplinary MEP projects across HVAC, M&E, and fit-out/building fabric for high-profile frameworks. You will drive cradle-to-grave delivery from conception to completion, coordinating with regional operations and cross-functional teams. Expect to optimise resources, manage budgets and timelines, and maintain safety and quality across live environments. Responsibilities

  • Deliver multidisciplinary projects from concept to completion for live buildings, coordinating HVAC, M&E and fit-out elements
  • Manage cradle-to-grave project delivery in collaboration with Regional Operations Manager
  • Optimise resource utilisation and drive efficiency within the project team
  • Lead client-facing activities, stakeholder liaison, and development of project proposals and costs
  • Manage project meetings, health & safety compliance, and building services installations
  • Control project costs, programs, and KPI targets to meet client budgets and timelines
  • Develop and empower project teams; plan resource needs and ensure training opportunities
  • Interface with commercial, H&S, procurement, and other internal functions to support delivery
  • Oversee contract management and changes, with familiarity for NEC/other contract forms
  • Ensure continuous improvement aligned with client requirements and project outcomes

Key requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience delivering similar projects
  • Experience in critical plant replacement and office refurbishment in live environments
  • Self-motivated, able to work on own initiative and plan resources
  • Ability to develop, manage and empower a team
  • Deadline-driven with commitment to personnel development
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • PC-literate with Microsoft Office; Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, Project and PowerPoint
