Business relationship Manager

Overview

In this role you bridge IT solutions and business needs within Airbus Defence and Space. You collaborate with shop floor teams, translate production requirements into IT deliverables, and identify improvement opportunities that align with strategy while ensuring security and compliance. You will drive change across digital contributors and help optimise processes in a production-focused environment. This is an opportunity to shape how IT enables engineering and operations, with cross-site and cross-functional impact.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the digital department consultant and collaborate with shop floor
• Develop understanding of Production processes, identify KPI drivers and the roadmap for enabling technologies
• Identify IT improvements in business processes and propose viable solutions
• Pinpoint inefficiencies and gaps, proposing solutions that are feasible, traceable, scalable, interoperable and compliant
• Translate business needs into IT requirements and champion change across Architecture, Security, Infrastructure, Governance, Applications
