Overview
As Technology Delivery Associate Manager, you lead delivery workstreams that turn ideas into software products and digital platforms. You guide cross-functional teams to deliver on scope, schedule, quality, cost and risk, while embedding AI-enabled practices to boost predictability and outcomes. You collaborate with product, engineering, UX, security and cloud teams to drive engineering excellence and measurable business value. This role offers influence over large-scale transformation within a global, innovation-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery workstreams across discovery, design, engineering, integration, testing, release and transition to operations
- Own workstream plans, roadmaps, budgets, forecasts, resourcing, dependencies, risks, issues and delivery reporting
- Coordinate product, software engineering, architecture, UX, quality engineering, security, data and cloud teams
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, planning, governance forums and client workshops with clear ownership of decisions and actions
- Manage delivery against contractual commitments, acceptance criteria and measurable business outcomes
- Promote engineering excellence through controls for code quality, automated testing, CI/CD, observability, resilience, security and debt management
- Identify opportunities to improve delivery through automation, reusable assets, platform capabilities and responsible use of generative AI
- Support proposals, estimates, solutioning and mobilisation activities for Software & Platforms opportunities
Key requirements
- Experience managing technology, digital, software product or platform delivery workstreams
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, commercial awareness and written and verbal communication
- Experience managing plans, budgets, forecasts, resources, risks and dependencies
- Working knowledge of Agile delivery, product management and the software development lifecycle
- Understanding of cloud-native engineering, DevOps, CI/CD, automated quality engineering and production support concepts
- Ability to lead distributed, cross-functional teams and resolve delivery challenges pragmatically
