Responsibilities

• Undergo and apply professional building control inspections in a competitive market
• Support the viability and standing of the City District Surveyor’s Office
• Collaborate with designers and contractors on large-scale projects
• pursue and progress Class 2 to Class 3 RBI qualifications with employer support
• Maintain professional competence through ongoing development

Key requirements

• Professionally qualified with extensive technical skills in Building Control
• Class 3 Registered Building Inspector (or progress from Class 2 to 3 with support)
• Commitment to delivering high-quality service in a regulatory environment
