Responsibilities
- Provide operational leadership across commercial management, contract management, quantity surveying and cost consultancy
- Oversee multiple related service areas within housing and property
- Report to the Associate Director Acquisitions, Compliance & Maintenance
- Support delivery of strategic housing and property functions for the borough
- Operate with flexibility to respond to out‑of‑hours demands
- Contribute to transformation and improvement of housing and property services
