As Senior Program Manager at Amazon, you will lead data-driven change initiatives across multiple teams, shaping improvement programs from conception to delivery. Responsibilities

• Enhance operational performance on every programme in partnership with your stakeholders

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
• Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership
• Experience owning program strategy and end to end delivery
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
