Overview
In this role you will lead the deployment of the TEOA methodology across sites, coordinating resources and priorities with management. You will drive metrics, run Kaizen events, and oversee Lean and Six Sigma projects. You’ll train and coach practitioners, support talent development, and ensure compliance with the process house. This position combines process excellence with cross‑functional collaboration to deliver cost savings and performance gains.

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise TEOA tool application and deployment
- Coordinate site resources and deployment plan with plant management
- Maintain monthly factory metrics and TEOA reports
- Plan and coordinate Six Sigma and Lean projects
- Support Lean Practitioners and Kaizen Facilitators (talent management)
- Identify training needs for problem-solving tools and employee development
- Manage cost-saving projects and ensure process house compliance
- Coordinate and participate in Kaizen events and internal audits
- Act as Process Owner for maintaining and reviewing process documentation
Key requirements
- Experience leading TEOA or similar operational excellence initiatives
- Strong background in Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies
- Proven ability to manage metrics and reporting cycles
- Experience in training, mentoring and developing practitioners
- Track record of cost-saving project delivery
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and audits
