In this senior role you will lead the Acquisitions, Disposals & New Developments function within Housing & Property, shaping strategic property decisions for the borough. You will oversee acquisitions, disposals, new-builds and feasibility work, reporting to the Associate Director. Responsibilities

• Lead property acquisitions, disposals and leases
• Oversee new-build construction, commissioning and handover
• Conduct option modelling and feasibility studies
• Ensure Building Control compliance
• Provide oversight across related service areas
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and report to Associate Director Acquisitions, Compliance & Maintenance
