Responsibilities

• Design and ship moderately to complex backend features with limited guidance
• Set backend standards for style, maintainability, testing, APIs, and operational readiness
• Mentor associate and intermediate engineers; unblock and improve delivery practices
• Diagnose and prevent performance/reliability issues at scale; participate in incident response
• Leverage AI in production engineering to improve outcomes and coach others on responsible use

Key requirements
