In this role you will manage a residential property portfolio, ensuring compliance and smooth operations. You will be the main contact for landlords and tenants, coordinate maintenance, and drive accurate record-keeping to support sustainable occupancy. You will work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, conduct inspections, and optimize tenancy outcomes. Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties from move-in to move-out
- Serve as main point of contact for landlords and tenants
- Coordinate maintenance with contractors
- Conduct property inspections and prepare reports
- Manage tenancy renewals and negotiate terms
- Arrange check-ins and check-outs
- Handle deposit disputes and end-of-tenancy matters
- Ensure compliance with lettings legislation and safety requirements
- Monitor rent payments and manage arrears
- Maintain property records and update CRM systems
- Provide high-level customer service
Key requirements
- Experience in residential property management or lettings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
- Proactive problem-solving approach
- High attention to detail
- Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and property management software
- Full UK driving licence
- Desirable: ARLA Propertymark qualification (or working towards)
