Solicitor – Residential Property – Gloucestershire – Hybrid

Overview

In this role you will manage a varied residential property caseload from instruction to completion, delivering excellent client service and cultivating strong relationships with clients, agents and referrers. You will contribute to team growth through networking and business development, while ensuring compliance and meeting targets. The role offers progression in a dynamic, supportive environment within a Gloucestershire firm.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions from start to finish
• Advise clients and maintain strong relationships with agents and referrers
• Ensure compliance, accurate file management and achievement of financial targets
• Support team growth through networking and business development

Key requirements

• 2+ years’ PQE or equivalent experience
