Overview
In this role you maximise the value of clinical systems and data to support high-quality care at Acorns. You will collaborate with the Senior Data and Clinical Systems Lead to develop and optimise SystmOne and other systems for clinical and operational needs. You’ll analyse data, produce reports and dashboards, and help improve processes and user experience. You contribute to data governance and compliance while supporting colleagues across the charity.

Responsibilities
- Analyse and report on clinical and operational data to produce dashboards and insights for performance monitoring
- Configure and test improvements to SystmOne and other systems, troubleshooting issues and improving data capture
- Maintain data quality and governance for accurate records, reporting and information governance compliance
- Provide training and system support across Acorns, understanding users’ data and digital needs
- Support continuous improvement across services by applying data-driven insights
- Collaborate with colleagues to align systems with clinical and operational workflows
- Assist with regulatory reporting and performance monitoring requirements
- Support user acceptance testing and roll-out of system enhancements
Key requirements
- Level 3 qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Experience working with data in healthcare, social care, charity or education environments
- Experience developing, configuring or optimising SystmOne functionality (templates, forms, protocols, workflows)
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, data validation, charts, reporting)
- Ability to train and support users in clinical and digital systems
