Account Executive – Health

Overview

As an Account Executive at VML Health, you drive day-to-day project execution for client programs, acting as a bridge between clients and cross-functional teams. You ensure clear communications, creative alignment, and timely delivery while managing scope and budgets. You’ll support senior leaders with program analysis, recaps, and client updates, contributing to meaningful improvements in healthcare communications. This hybrid role blends collaboration, strategy, and hands-on project management to deliver measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Build trust-based client relationships and support day-to-day project management with content, strategy, and creative teams
• Prepare and participate in client meetings, presentations, and calls; create agendas and follow-up communications
• Review copy, layouts, artwork, and media plans; suggest revisions aligned with strategies
• Monitor client requests, anticipate issues, and develop proactive solutions
• Manage project scope and budgets; notify and obtain approvals for out-of-scope requests
• Analyze program results and propose enhancements based on data
• Support senior leadership in developing program recaps and client presentations
• Track work-in-progress and budgets; lead internal status meetings; review estimates and invoices

Key requirements

• Scientific degree completed with Marketing/Economics specialization
• 2 years of industry experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Knowledge of agency offerings and industry trends
