Associate Director / Director — Consulting (UK)

Overview

In this role you lead and shape multi-workstream real estate consulting engagements within JLL’s London practice. You drive transformation programs, operating models, and change initiatives for clients, leveraging AI and technology to boost efficiency. You work closely with cross-functional teams, build trusted client relationships, and help grow the consulting practice. The position offers a chance to influence propositions, win work, and guide teams across complex real estate challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery on engagements and workstreams with client-facing accountability
• Develop business cases and collaborate with JLL Technology to prototype AI-enabled solutions
• Design and embed target operating models to navigate organizational change
• Lead real estate divestment or portfolio optimization projects while keeping operations running
• Build and manage client relationships; participate in proposals and pitches; contribute to business development
• For Directors: own senior client relationships, lead multi-workstream programmes, shape the proposition and grow the team

Key requirements

• Hands-on consulting experience in corporate real estate: TOM design, FM strategy, location and portfolio strategy, PMO, AI adoption, change management or similar
