In this role you will handle a diverse caseload of serious and catastrophic injury claims, including cross-border cases, within a collaborative team. Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of serious and catastrophic injury claims (employers’ liability, package holiday, aviation, cruise, RTA, clinical negligence, public liability)
- Attend court hearings and conferences with experts and/or counsel
- Conduct legal research, draft documentation, and prepare cases for court proceedings
- Negotiate settlements and liaise with insurers, medical experts, and third parties
- Support clients through the claims process with clear, empathetic guidance
Key requirements
- Qualified solicitor with 1–6 years PQE in serious injury claims (claimant or defendant)
- Experience in travel litigation/cross-border claims is desirable but not essential
