Financial Controller

Overview

In this role you will strengthen the financial control environment within a fast-growing, PE-backed SME and help shape a best-in-class finance function. You will report to the CFO and partner with operational stakeholders across a multi-site organisation to improve performance and drive value from the Group. You will lead and develop the finance team, enhancing processes, systems and reporting beyond traditional month-end duties. This is a senior step up for someone aiming to move into a broader, strategic financial control role within a dynamic business.

Responsibilities

• Own core financial controls and reporting framework
• Lead and develop the finance team to high performance
• Partner with CFO and operational stakeholders to improve performance across sites
• Drive process and system improvements in finance and reporting
• Identify and realise synergies to unlock value within the Group
• Support wider finance function development and efficiency initiatives
