Overview

In this role you drive end-to-end product quality workflows and global feedback operations to speed improvements and raise user satisfaction. You partner with UX, PM, and Engineering to deploy robust testing and maintain system health and feature reliability. You oversee consumer support, data operations, and vendor relationships to ensure service levels are met and metrics inform action. You’ll analyze key KPIs and feedback to drive product and process enhancements, while scaling feedback collection through automation and smart tooling.

Responsibilities

  • Design and manage end-to-end product quality workflows and consumer feedback loops at scale.
  • Collaborate with UX, PM, and Engineering to implement robust testing frameworks focused on health, performance, and reliability.
  • Oversee consumer support, data operations, and external vendors to ensure alignment with service level commitments.
  • Analyze performance metrics and user feedback to deliver actionable recommendations for product and process improvements.
  • Identify and remove bottlenecks; drive automation and data parsing to scale feedback collection and operational efficiency.

Key requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 2 years of experience in product operations, project management, or testing operations in a digital distribution environment
  • Experience in monitoring, analyzing, troubleshooting, and working with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues
  • Experience in executing process improvements, managing workflows, and utilizing business process tools
  • Experience with SQL, spreadsheets, various data formats (XML, JSON), and data parsing techniques
