Operations Manager Property Management & Investment

Overview

In this role you lead strategic property management for the Housing & Property team within Dudley Council, guiding asset planning, maintenance, and capital initiatives to serve residents and communities. You will oversee a large, multidisciplinary team and collaborate across statutory services, driving transformation in housing and property services. The role requires flexibility to cover out-of-hours operational demands and contributes to the council’s improvement agenda. You will shape key projects that enhance property assets and service delivery.
