Overview
In this role you will drive sales performance at a Bellway development, delivering excellent customer service and guiding buyers through the home purchase process. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to meet targets, coordinate contracts, and ensure smooth handovers to completions while upholding site standards and safety. The position combines direct customer engagement with operational responsibilities to support Bellway’s growth in the Southern Counties. You will contribute to an inclusive, customer‑focused culture and leverage CRM tools to maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities
- Aim to achieve or exceed sales targets set by management
- Liaise with customers, solicitors and financial advisors to ensure timely contract exchange and completions
- Proactively collaborate with Sales Managers to identify ways to increase sales
- Maintain high standard of site presentation and customer information
- Acquire and convey full product knowledge to purchasers
- Guide customers through show homes, stock plots, and site features
- Ensure visitors are aware of Bellway’s Health and Safety Policy
- Utilise Bellway’s CRM system and keep records accurate
- Coordinate with Site Manager to arrange customer meetings in a timely manner
- Attend weekly Sales/Site Meetings and follow up on action points
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
Key requirements
- Experience in housebuilding is beneficial
- Experience in delivering excellent customer service
- Experience handling confidential information
- Experience with property sales and marketing process
- Experience dealing with customers in a home-visit context
- Ability to build working relationships with property professionals and external agencies
- Current full UK driving licence
- Access to a vehicle for business use
- Ability to understand home buying/conveyancing process
- Proficient IT skills and Ms Office, with adaptability to new systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
