Overview
In this role you will shape data and digital strategies for asset-intensive clients, helping deliver advisory and transformation programmes. You will work in a multidisciplinary Digital Advisory team, collaborating across functions to drive data-enabled decision making and concrete outcomes. The position blends strategy, stakeholder engagement and hands-on workshops to identify opportunities and guide implementations. This is a global, flexible opportunity with travel up to 2–3 days per week and potential collaboration across Turner & Townsend’s projects.
Responsibilities
- Deliver data strategy and digital advisory engagements with multidisciplinary teams
- Develop roadmaps aligned to client objectives and produce high-quality deliverables
- Support lead generation, bid writing and client presentations
- Share knowledge and contribute to a culture of excellence and innovation
- Contribute to service development, playbooks, and benchmarking resources
- Maintain insights databases and research emerging data trends
- Collaborate with colleagues across the practice and wider business
- Support delivery of digital and data transformation programmes across sectors such as Energy, Defence, Infrastructure and Government
Key requirements
- Digital, data and technology strategy expertise
- Ability to engage stakeholders and adapt to client environments
- Experience leading workshops and assessing process improvement
- Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery
- Experience with data-enabled transformation and KPI/operational data analysis
- Knowledge of PMO/project controls environments desirable
- Familiarity with data platforms (e.g., Microsoft Fabric, Databricks) and BI tools (Power BI)
- Ability to elicit business needs from non-technical stakeholders and translate into requirements
