Responsibilities

• Manage residential property transactions from instruction to completion (freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, shared ownership)
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other legal professionals
• Mentor and support junior staff
