Overview

In this role you join a leading Warwickshire firm to handle a full range of residential conveyancing tasks. You will manage freehold and leasehold matters, sales, purchases, remortgages, and related transfers within the Property Department, contributing to the firm’s growth. You’ll collaborate with the Head of Department and other lawyers to deliver high-quality service. The position offers a chance to shape property transactions and develop new business opportunities within the team.

Responsibilities

• Handle freehold and leasehold conveyancing across sales, purchases, remortgages, and equity transfers
• Manage right to buy, shared ownership, and new plot purchases
• Develop business opportunities within the Property Department
• Collaborate with Head of Department and colleagues to deliver legal services
• Maintain excellent client communication and organisational standards

Key requirements
