Overview

As a Cyber Business Analyst, you will support the transition of cyber and identity services into live operations within a major enterprise transformation. You will collaborate with project, architecture and service teams to ensure services are operationally ready, thoroughly documented and handed over to BAU. You’ll produce runbooks, support models and readiness reviews, and engage with diverse stakeholders to enable smooth go-lives. This role combines cyber security domain work with service transition across agile and waterfall projects, offering exposure to complex enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

  • Support transition of cyber and identity services into live operations
  • Collaborate across project, architecture and service teams to enable operational readiness
  • Ensure services are fully documented and handed over to BAU support functions
  • Produce and maintain runbooks, support models and RACI matrices
  • Lead operational readiness reviews and ensure go-live readiness
  • Apply ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem) in transition
  • Facilitate requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement
  • Work across Agile and Waterfall delivery environments
  • Utilize Jira, Confluence and ServiceNow for documentation and tracking

Key requirements

  • Proven Business Analysis experience within cyber security or technology programmes
  • Experience supporting service transition, operational readiness or go-live activities
  • Strong documentation skills (runbooks, support models, RACI, readiness reviews)
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management)
  • Experience with technical, operational and third-party stakeholders
  • Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder facilitation skills
  • Experience across Agile and Waterfall environments
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence and ServiceNow
