Overview

In this role you will drive growth for Zopa Auto Finance across Yorkshire and surrounding regions by identifying dealer prospects, building a regional pipeline, and managing onboarded partners. You will collaborate with onboarding, commercial, product, operations and risk teams to align proposals with risk appetite and performance goals. You’ll own day-to-day dealer relationships, monitor pricing, quality, and customer outcomes, and escalate issues with internal colleagues. You will use data and CRM insights to prioritise activity and inform strategy, sharing regional market trends to shape growth. This remote/hybrid position offers field travel, a London base option, and a chance to help us

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritise dealer prospects fitting growth strategy and risk appetite
  • Build and maintain a regional pipeline with accurate CRM activity
  • Present Zopa’s proposition and guide partners through onboarding
  • Own dealer relationships and account plans to improve engagement, proposals, volume and value
  • Use performance reviews to identify trends, risks and actions across volume, credit quality, pricing and outcomes
  • Support partners with training, product education and process guidance
  • Resolve partner queries and escalations with internal teams
  • Share competitor and regional market insights to inform growth strategy

Key requirements

  • Proven sales experience and track record in winning new business
  • Ability to build trusted B2B relationships and manage a regional portfolio
  • Commercial judgement considering partner quality and customer outcomes
  • Confidence using data, insight and CRM to prioritise activity and improve performance
  • Organisation, resilience and self-motivation for field-based work
  • Full UK driving licence and ability to travel regularly within the region
