Overview

Estates Manager will oversee a large portfolio of stores and residential units, ensuring effective property management, leases, maintenance, and compliance. You will manage budgets and contractors, aligning activities with the organisation’s estates strategy. The role spans retail-focused property management, contractor oversight, and regulatory compliance to minimize risk and costs. Key requirements

• Experience in estates/property management, ideally within the retail sector
• Strong knowledge of property and facilities management
• Experience managing contractors, budgets and compliance
• RICS qualification or relevant professional property qualification desirable
• Experience in franchise operations would be highly advantageous
