Project Manager, Global Functions

Overview

As a Project Manager at WSP, you will guide enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across functional areas, ensuring delivery aligns with business goals and gains stakeholder buy-in. You’ll collaborate with the Program Management Office and business partners to enable execution of the transformation roadmap and embed solutions into daily operations. You’ll establish governance, report progress, and drive adoption to realize measurable benefits. This role offers impact across communities and opportunities to shape cross-functional delivery at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of high-impact, enterprise-wide transformation initiatives
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with functional leads and technology partners
• Enable stakeholder adoption and embed solutions into day-to-day operations
• Establish governance structures, reporting frameworks, and communication plans
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; escalate challenges and propose solutions
• Leverage Smartsheet, SharePoint, and PowerPoint for planning, tracking, and communication
• Drive continuous improvement of project delivery processes and tools

Key requirements

• 7+ years of experience managing complex, multi-functional projects
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects with measurable outcomes
• Proven stakeholder management and alignment across senior leadership, functional leads, and delivery teams
• Familiarity with ADKAR, Prosci, Lean Change frameworks or similar for adoption enablement
• Ability to embed governance and transparent reporting mechanisms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to synthesize complex information
• PMP certification required; Agile Certified Practitioner is a plus
• Proficiency with Smartsheet, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
