Overview
In this role you will lead corporate tax compliance for entrepreneurial, growth-focused SMEs and act as the SME team’s corporate tax lead. You’ll review computations, build trusted client relationships, and collaborate with partners and the wider tax function to progress opportunities. You will help develop and upskill the team while shaping high-quality compliance delivery. This is a chance to drive impact within a supportive, inclusive firm and to influence tax strategy for a diverse client base.

Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of annual corporation tax compliance for a portfolio of SME clients
- Review and approve corporation tax computations and tax accounting
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Identify and progress tax opportunities with partners and the tax function
- Contribute to development and upskilling of the broader team
Key requirements
- Extensive experience managing a client portfolio and delivering annual corporation tax compliance
- ATT (or equivalent) qualification (and ideally CTA)
- Strong, broad technical corporate tax knowledge
- Commercial mindset with experience identifying tax and advisory opportunities
