Responsibilities
- Shape and lead enterprise-wide leadership strategy and propositions
- Design and embed leadership frameworks, assessment approaches, and scalable curricula
- Lead coaching and team effectiveness strategies
- Partner with senior stakeholders and external providers
- Use insights and diagnostics to evolve leadership capability and inform investment decisions
- Support large-scale transformation to create a simpler, leaner, faster, higher-performing organisation
- Foster an agile and agentic leadership environment
Key requirements
- Significant experience leading enterprise-wide leadership development in a large, matrix organisation
- Proven design and implementation of leadership frameworks and scalable curricula with measurable outcomes
- Executive or organisational coaching accreditation with experience coaching senior leaders
- Experience influencing Executive/Senior Leadership and leading organisation-wide initiatives
- Expertise in diagnostics, leadership data, insights and metrics to evaluate impact
- Experience leading leadership and cultural aspects of major business transformation
