Consultant- Real Estate Advisory Healthcare

Overview

As a Consultant in Real Estate Consulting, you help healthcare clients assess real estate opportunities and build robust business cases. You will work within the REC team to test feasibility, shape estate strategies, and support investment decisions across health and social care sectors. Your role combines client-facing influence with rigorous analysis to drive value in complex portfolios. Responsibilities

• Prepare business cases (SOC, OBC, FBC) and estate/ property strategies
• Develop target operating models and change management plans for real estate
• Engage with clients across levels and manage key relationships
• Support business case authoring and development using HM Treasury 5-case model
• Analyse datasets to evidence proposed real estate solutions
• Provide programme/project management, capital project, and contract management support

Key requirements

• Relevant real estate industry qualification or equivalent experience
• Experience in client-side and consultancy environments
• Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
• Excellent written and verbal communication; confident in client management
• Financial literacy with solid analytical capabilities
• Ability to integrate commercial, strategic, and operational perspectives
• Persuasiveness and capability to influence decisions
• Experience with data handling and presenting data to support recommendations
