Overview

In this role, you will drive new business by engaging senior HR and L&D leaders and introducing them to MindGym’s science-backed interventions. You’ll own the full sales cycle with senior stakeholders, from initial outreach to closing and nurturing long-term partnerships. You will partner with our behavioural science experts to design solutions that address real people challenges and deliver measurable change. This role combines strategic business development with cross-functional collaboration in a mission-driven, high-performance culture.

Responsibilities

  • Open doors with new logos and build fresh relationships with senior decision‑makers
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and expansion
  • Co-create solutions with clients that address real people problems
  • Build trust with senior stakeholders and articulate value of MindGym’s interventions
  • Collaborate with sales operations and content specialists to support deals
  • Grow territory by winning new accounts and nurturing existing relationships over time
  • Understand client blockers and bottlenecks to tailor offerings
  • Drive high-impact conversations and articulate how behavioural science enables change

Key requirements

  • Proven track record in consultative B2B sales
  • Ability to build long-term client partnerships and grow accounts
