Senior Residential Conveyancer | Stoke-on-Trent | Leading Regional Law Firm

n An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established regional law firm in Stoke-on-Trent. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident conveyancer who enjoys managing a busy caseload while taking responsibility for leading and developing a team of junior fee earners.

n The successful candidate will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the residential conveyancing team, ensuring high standards of client care, efficient case management and the continued delivery of an excellent service.

n The Role

n You will handle a varied residential property caseload, overseeing transactions from instruction through to completion, while providing guidance, support and supervision to junior members of the team.

n Responsibilities will include:

n Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.

n Supervising and supporting junior fee earners, helping them develop their technical skills and confidence.

n Monitoring workflow, performance and deadlines to ensure transactions progress efficiently.

n Maintaining high standards of client service and communication throughout the conveyancing process.

n Assisting with the day-to-day management of the team, allocating work and addressing any issues as they arise.

n Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.

n Contributing to the ongoing development and success of the residential property department.

n The Candidate

n Applications are invited from experienced residential conveyancers who are technically strong, commercially aware and confident in a supervisory or team management capacity.

n You will ideally have:

n A strong background in residential conveyancing and the ability to manage your own caseload independently.

n Previous experience supervising, mentoring or managing junior fee earners.

n Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.

n A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to keep transactions moving.

n Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding client service.

n The confidence to lead by example and contribute positively to the wider team.
