Accounts Manager – Lead Client & Team Delivery

Affinia is seeking a Manager in the Accounts team to lead delivery of statutory accounts, VAT, and management reports for a diverse client portfolio.

You will coach and develop a team of Assistant Managers, Seniors, and Trainees, ensuring UK GAAP compliance and driving process improvements while maintaining strong client relationships.

Collaborating with Directors, you will contribute to strategy, business development, and internal projects to grow the practice.
