Senior Residential Care Worker (Children & Young People)

Cambian Group is seeking a dedicated Senior Support Worker to help improve outcomes for children aged 8–18 in residential care across the South West. You will lead shifts, support staff development and ensure high standards of care while coordinating with the on-site team.

The role involves travel with young people to school or college, preparing meals, maintaining the home, and organising social activities. A full UK driving licence and a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare are required.
