Chief Legal & Compliance Leader — Fintech & M&A

Pockit and Monese are seeking a VP of Legal to lead the combined group’s legal function post-acquisition. Based in London, you will shape the governance framework, regulatory strategy and cross-border compliance for UK and EU operations.

You will negotiate high-value SaaS and technology agreements, manage external counsel, and act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board on strategic initiatives and risk management.
