Head of Year – Pastoral & Student Growth Lead

Wellfield Academy in Leyland is seeking a Head of Year to support students from a pastoral and behaviour perspective, helping each pupil progress academically, socially and independently. The role requires a dedicated, proactive professional with strong communication skills and a commitment to safeguarding; it is a full‑time position (37 hours/week), term‑time plus two weeks.
