Senior Assistant Director, Property Operations

Red Kite Community Housing is a tenant-led, not-for-profit housing association serving over 6,600 homes within 15 miles of High Wycombe. We seek an Assistant Director of Property Operations to lead day-to-day property services, including responsive repairs, voids, and landlord compliance.

You will manage the property operations team, key contractor relationships, and use performance data and tenant feedback to drive improvements.
