Associate – Corporate M&A (2-5PQE)

You will join a leading corporate team advising on high-quality domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, and growth capital transactions. • 2–5 PQE qualified solicitor with demonstrable M&A experience
• Exposure to private equity or venture capital is advantageous
