Soft Services Operations Lead (Deputy Manager)

Bidvest Noonan is seeking a Deputy Soft Services Manager to support the safe, compliant and efficient day-to-day delivery of security, cleaning and car park services. You will work closely with the Soft Services Manager and client, uphold service standards and deputise when required.

You will lead frontline teams, promote an excellent customer experience and contribute to service improvement initiatives, reporting to the Soft Services Manager in a busy contracted environment in Greater London.
