Enforce Housing Standards – Private Sector (North London)

Carrington West is recruiting an experienced Private Sector Housing Enforcement Officer to join a North London team on an initial 3-month contract. The role focuses on improving housing standards in the private rented sector, handling inspections, investigations and enforcement.

You will assess hazards, advise landlords and tenants, and drive compliance with housing legislation. The position is 36 hours per week, rate £60 per hour (Umbrella), with potential extension depending on service
