Head of Site Engineering – Build a New Bakery

Warburtons is launching Bakery 41 in Wakefield and seeks an experienced Site Engineering Manager to lead the engineering strategy, build the function from the ground up, and establish safe, reliable, high-performing operations.

You’ll shape systems, processes, asset care, governance, and KPI reporting, partnering with site leadership and central Engineering teams to embed new standards across the bakery as it grows.
