CIA Team Leader – Risk & Compliance (Hybrid, 35h)

TLT is seeking a Team Leader to manage the CIA Team within Risk & Compliance. You will supervise analysts and conflicts advisors, triage requests, and provide expert guidance on CDD, KYC, and AML matters.

This role focuses on risk-based decision making, process improvement, and collaboration with senior management. The position is full-time (35 hours weekly), hybrid, with offices in Bristol, Manchester, Birmingham, Glasgow or Edinburgh.
