Job Description:
Tenzing is hiring a hands-on Programme Lead to run the Growth Team’s core programmes and operating rhythm. This 12-month maternity cover, starting in December, reports to the Growth Team Lead and is based at our Regent Street office four days a week.
You will own programme operations, resourcing, onboarding of new portfolio companies and governance for AI delivery, while line-managing the Sherpa teams and liaising with senior leadership including the CEO and CIO.
