Job Summary – Specialist Support Worker
Qualiteach Yorkshire is currently looking for an outstanding Specialist Support Worker to support one of our local SEN schools within Bradford. The role will be working within a SEN school supporting students who have a range of needs, including ASC, SEMH, and other additional needs, which can create a barrier to learning. The school itself is easily accessible via car and public transport and has a fantastic reputation. This is a temp to perm opportunity, starting immediately. The school is open to applications from candidates with prior SEN experience who are seeking a part‑time opportunity.
What you will need:
- A range of behaviour management techniques
- To have worked with learners with a range of needs
- The ability to re‑engage a young person in learning through a range of methods
- To be able to commit to working at the school for a long period of time
- Worked with young people with special needs
- Experience with personal care – desirable
