You will provide technical telephone support, diagnose issues via remote tools, and help maintain customers’ telecom systems. The role emphasises customer service, problem solving, and collaboration with internal teams and suppliers.

Hours are Monday to Friday, full-time, with ongoing training and professional development. You will work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
