Senior Global Quality Manager – FMCG Leader

Bacardi is seeking a Quality Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary team delivering standardised quality practices and systems across 8 UK locations. The role focuses on strategy, governance and continuous improvement to protect brand quality and regulatory compliance.

You will develop the quality strategy, maintain the Quality Management System, ensure HACCP and ISO/FSSC adherence, and partner with Operations, Engineering, Procurement and Global Quality to deliver integrated solutions.
